Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cocktail Server to join our team at Choctaw Landing. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional drink service to our guests while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and explain special promotions
  • Take orders and recite selection of call and premium brands
  • Input orders into point-of-sale system and inform bartender
  • Replenish beverages and check back with guests for satisfaction
  • Deliver beverages and ensure payment
  • Maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station
  • Confirm age compliance and perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Ability to obtain/maintain ABLE Certification
  • Read, write, and understand simple instructions
  • 1-3 months of equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic math skills
