Direct Counsel, LLC is collaborating with a prestigious, nationally acclaimed law firm in search of a Structured Credit CLO Associate with 2 to 6 years of experience.
The Structured Credit team specializes in collateralized loan obligations ("CLO"), along with various securitization transactions, asset-based lending arrangements (both bilateral and syndicated), and other complex financial dealings. Our clientele includes top-tier international investment banks and asset management firms.
We are looking for candidates who are not only entrepreneurial but also possess the innovative spirit that mirrors our clients' ambitions. This position offers a distinctive chance to become an integral part of a dynamic team, actively participating in deal teams within a leading structured finance practice, while enjoying substantial client interaction and responsibilities.
Requirements:
• 2 to 6 years of experience as a Structured Credit associate in a law firm environment.
• Juris Doctorate from a well-regarded law school.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $235,000 and $390,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and other relevant factors.
