About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at IR Management LLC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts that showcase the freshest ingredients and innovative flavors.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of kitchen inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing of ingredients and supplies.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Cost Control: Manage kitchen expenses and labor costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen, with a proven track record of success in menu development, team leadership, and inventory management.
  • Skills: Strong culinary skills, with a focus on menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
