Clinical Care Consultant

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical systems and standards of care to achieve compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements.
- Provide guidance and oversight to staff in assigned facilities, focusing on role modeling and teaching clinical skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and appropriateness of patient care outcomes in collaboration with facility staff.
- Active RN License and current registration in the state of employment.
- Minimum of three years related experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care coverage, referral, and reimbursement methods.
