Key Responsibilities- Support the Controller and Senior Accountants with routine transactional accounting functions.
- Input financial and project control data, including accounts payable invoices, into accounting systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist in the preparation of accounts receivable statements, data entry, and collections as necessary.
- Process vendor invoices and aid in payment processing.
- Help prepare client billings and maintain accurate billing and accounts payable records.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Group leadership.
- Adhere to safety protocols and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- High energy and a proactive attitude.
- Innovative thinking while advancing initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience in accounting data entry is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask effectively and collaborate within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
- Competence in pushing, pulling, and placing materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinets.
