Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Controller and Senior Accountants with routine transactional accounting functions.
  • Input financial and project control data, including accounts payable invoices, into accounting systems and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in the preparation of accounts receivable statements, data entry, and collections as necessary.
  • Process vendor invoices and aid in payment processing.
  • Help prepare client billings and maintain accurate billing and accounts payable records.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Group leadership.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • High energy and a proactive attitude.
  • Innovative thinking while advancing initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in accounting data entry is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and collaborate within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Requirements
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
  • Capability to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Competence in pushing, pulling, and placing materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinets.
