Accounting Assistant/Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team at Total Mechanical Systems, LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and be proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cash reconciliations for multiple accounts.
- Process A/P and sales tax returns.
- Prepare monthly sales tax returns.
- Assist with various other accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
