Job Summary:

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Columbia, SC. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for supporting clients in our clinic and working closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and administer assessments to determine the best course of treatment for clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including behavior intervention plans and discharge summaries.
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
  • Monitor progress and make program changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
  • Ability to work with integrity and adhere to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.
