Job Description: Sales Performance Coach

Company Overview:

DISH is a leading provider of wireless services, offering a range of innovative solutions to customers across the country.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Coach to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing performance across a territory of Boost Mobile stores, working with retail store owners, and providing coaching and sales training to front-line sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  2. Provide coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance
  3. Conduct regular inspections and reviews of marketing campaigns to ensure they are effective and aligned with company goals
  4. Make daily calls to stores to boost performance and resolve customer escalations
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree and four years related work experience post-high school
  • Four years of sales and/or account management experience
  • Three years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management
  • One-year selling wireless products or services

Salary Range: $58,656 - $75,028 per year.
