About the Role

Anew Era TMS is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate TMS Lead Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Care Coordination team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Oversight: Provide guidance and support to patient care coordinators to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Travel and Training: Travel to our facilities in Austin, Dallas, and Houston for training purposes and to provide support to our teams.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the Practice Manager and Director to implement changes.
  • Weekly Check-ins: Conduct weekly check-ins with care coordinators to review priorities, assess workload, and determine the order of importance.
  • Service Line Management: Manage care coordination for all service lines, including TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine.
  • Training and Development: Provide quarterly trainings to the care coordination team to ensure they are up-to-date on best practices and procedures.
  • Consultation and Education: Conduct initial patient consultations to evaluate patients and educate them about their treatment options.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and descriptive medical and clinical documentation.
  • Communication and Liaison: Serve as a liaison between care providers and patients, and utilize clinical information to effectively communicate plans of care to insurance case managers and healthcare partners.
Requirements
  • Successful Completion of TMS Certification: Complete internal training and certification program to become a certified TMS practitioner.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, care providers, and insurance case managers.
  • Knowledge of Medical Records and Authorization Forms: Have knowledge of medical records, authorization forms, and laboratory requisitions.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
