Role Summary

Park Inc is seeking a dedicated and safety-oriented supervisor for school crossing operations. This part-time position involves approximately 6 hours of work each day when school is in session. The primary responsibility is to ensure the safe passage of students across public roadways and intersections by assessing traffic conditions and guiding children safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with designated contacts at the site.
  • Provide training to staff on operational procedures, customer service, and safety protocols.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Oversee staff performance, including recruitment, retention, training, and safety management.
  • Maintain the integrity of company equipment.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of designated areas.
  • Anticipate staffing needs and create schedules accordingly.
  • Communicate schedules effectively to all staff.
  • Review and analyze reports, including timekeeping records.
  • Address schedule gaps and ensure full shift coverage.
  • Evaluate processes for efficiency and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage onsite communications with clients and management as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies for both the client and the company.
