Job Summary:

CHC Wellbeing is seeking a skilled Traveling Phlebotomist to join our team. As a medical professional, you will be responsible for providing venipuncture procedures for various laboratory tests. Your duties will include obtaining blood ordered by a licensed healthcare provider, labeling specimen collection tubes, preparing and spinning specimens, and submitting them for processing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Draw blood from veins using vacuum tube or butterfly venipuncture methods
  • Greet customers, explain services, and adhere to the schedule
  • Verify ID and insurance
  • Set up and break down on-site wellness stations
  • Match laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes
  • Prepare documents and specimens for laboratory pick up

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Phlebotomy Certification (ASCP, ASPT, NHA, etc.)
  • Minimum of 2 years phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • General computer skills
