Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Christian Camp Counselor at Trademark Camping. As a member of our ministry team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our campers and staff.

Job Summary:

The Christian Camp Counselor will be responsible for leading and participating in various camp activities, including recreation, worship, and Bible studies. You will also have the opportunity to develop and lead your own programs and initiatives, while working closely with our experienced staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all campers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in camp activities, including recreation, worship, and Bible studies
  • Develop and lead your own programs and initiatives
  • Work closely with staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all campers
  • Participate in staff training and development opportunities
  • Assist with camp operations, including setup and teardown of facilities

Requirements:

  • Godly, Christian character, integrity, and adaptability
  • Agreement with Trademark Camping's doctrinal statement, values, and handbook
  • Pleasant personality towards guests and staff
  • Current Food Handler Certificate or willingness to get one
  • Minimum 18 years of age and a high school graduate for recreation activity venues
  • Minimum of 16 years of age for food and beverage shops

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Abilities sufficient to carry out the essential functions of the job
  • Reliable transportation, inclement weather included
