Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Review alerts and transactions across various payment methods to identify fraudulent activities.
- Engage in outbound and inbound communications to verify flagged transactions and initiate dispute claims.
- Play a vital role in minimizing financial losses for both the bank and its clientele.
- Utilize established protocols to take necessary actions that mitigate risks effectively.
- Open and investigate cases related to suspicious activities, escalating issues as required.
- Identify and analyze various fraud schemes, including but not limited to email compromise and counterfeit checks.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 0-2 years of experience in general office, back office banking, or accounting is essential.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- A minimum of 0-3 years in banking operations and 0-2 years in fraud investigations or related fields.

- Strong work ethic aligned with City National Bank's core values.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.
- Effective multitasking skills to meet performance targets.
- Advanced knowledge of PC operations in a Windows environment.

Compensation:
The starting base salary for this position is $33.43 per hour. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
