Capital Group is seeking a highly skilled Investment Risk Oversight Specialist to join our Global Risk Management team in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust second-line Investment Risk Management Oversight framework for North America Funds and segregated accounts.
- Lead the implementation of risk quantification techniques and methodology to support investment risk management.
- Provide leadership and expertise in risk management forums and stay up-to-date on industry changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives.
- Engage and motivate diverse associates globally and lead through change.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in investment risk quantification techniques and methodology.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to leadership committees and senior business leaders.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, analytical, and problem-solving skills in areas of high complexity.
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary range: $148,045-$236,872.
- Eligibility for an individual annual performance bonus and Capital's annual profitability bonus.
- Retirement plan with Capital contributing 15% of eligible earnings.
