Job Description:

The Wealth Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the seamless operation of our wealth management team by providing essential administrative assistance. This position focuses on managing client interactions, scheduling meetings, processing financial transactions, maintaining regulatory compliance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • ClientWorks Platform Management:
    • Assist in opening new client accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate, compliant, and complete before submission.
    • Regularly update account views and client profiles to ensure the team has access to the most up-to-date and accurate information.
    • Monitor daily account activities to track portfolio performance and identify client follow-up needs.
    • Execute financial transactions including fund transfers, account disbursements, and processing of client notifications in compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Ensure strict adherence to LPL Financial and GRP regulations within the ClientWorks platform, mitigating compliance risks.
  • Custom Portfolio Models:
    • Collaborate with portfolio managers to execute semi-annual rebalancing of client portfolios using predefined financial models in ClientWorks.
    • Organize and lead vendor relationship meetings in preparation for portfolio rebalancing, including discussions on market trends and investment strategies.
    • Work with the investment team to gather and analyze performance data to optimize customization of client portfolios.
  • Annual Client Review Process:
    • Serve as the lead coordinator for the annual client review process, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner.
    • Prepare reports, performance summaries, and other required documents for wealth management client reviews.
    • Schedule client review meetings, ensuring alignment with client preferences and advisor availability, and manage meeting follow-ups.
    • Maintain and organize detailed records of reviews and any subsequent actions taken for compliance purposes.
  • Fiduciary Decisions:
    • Assist wealth advisors in preparing, documenting, and reviewing fiduciary decisions, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
    • Work closely with compliance officers to ensure that all fiduciary activities meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain clear records of fiduciary decisions and provide administrative support for related communications with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Series 7 General Securities Representative Exam preferred, demonstrating knowledge of securities and regulations.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in wealth management or financial planning preferred.
  • Familiarity with wealth management software like ClientWorks is preferred.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in the wealth management industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
