We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Services Manager to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and dishwashers.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents and clients.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- 2+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Proven track record of success in managing food service operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and labor management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
