Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in medication administration and other relevant areas preferred.
  • Previous experience working with seniors and administering medication required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
  • Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
