  • Technical Skills: Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information, and comprehending customer issues, as well as educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Soft Skills: Well-organized, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
