Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Patient Support Unit team in El Paso, TX. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and advanced practice clinicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with our physicians and advanced practice clinicians to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient interviews to ensure proper documentation and preventative screenings
  • Track and report performance metrics related to quality and operational needs

Requirements
  • Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Current licensure through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or licensed physician assistant by the Texas State Medical Board
  • Valid DEA license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
  • 1+ year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Comfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged patient population
