As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Leverage Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential.
  • Client Relationship: Identify client needs and communicate operational progress, delivering and modeling WEST as a foundation for excellent customer service.
  • Financial Performance: Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L or client budget statements, deliver client and company financial targets, and adopt all Aramark processes and systems.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a management role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently, without direct supervision.
  • The ability to multi-task is a must.
