Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives as set forth.
  • Generate new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and various lead generation methods.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other relevant parties.
  • Handle customer requests for policy modifications.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a genuine desire to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
  • Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and engaging demeanor.
  • Be a proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships from scratch.
