Job Overview

The primary goal of the Warehouse Associate is to support various warehouse functions to maintain operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
  • Assist in conducting the annual inventory count
  • Restock items as necessary
  • Handle packing and unpacking of shipping containers, verifying items against documentation
  • Engage in routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Report any safety issues to the Manager
  • Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to relevant safety regulations and company policies
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and community (HSEC) standards through personal conduct, including supporting HSEC initiatives and addressing HSEC concerns appropriately
  • Identify and report any damage, loss, or excess of inventory
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar position with knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, perform manual lifting and stacking, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building effective working relationships.
