About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cakes that meet our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cake Production: Follow proprietary recipes and production methods to ensure consistency and quality in our baked goods.
  • Equipment Operation: Effectively utilize commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other tools to bake cakes.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure they meet our quality standards, and report any quality control issues to management.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, and adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Baker or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or foodservice environment is a plus.
