About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of safety standards, regulations, and best practices. As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses, and to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership and employees to promote a safety-first culture and ensure that safety is integrated into all aspects of our operations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, permits, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and advise on hazard control programs, including job hazard analysis and root cause analysis of work-related incidents.
  • Train and lead Emergency Response Teams and coordinate activities to ensure corrective and preventative actions are implemented.
  • Provide technical expertise in managing policy and procedures, LOTO, inspections, and audits.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in EHS management in a manufacturing environment and a thorough knowledge of safety standards, methodologies, and regulations, including OSHA, ANSI, EPA, and NFPA.
