Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Planning and Scheduling:** Formulate and uphold project timelines, ensuring clarity in task definitions and milestones for the project team. Track progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:
1. **Experience:** At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally within the Life Science sector of the Construction industry, with a proven history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
2. **Skills:** Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
3. **Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards in the Life Science sector. Proficient in project management software and tools.
4. **Leadership:** Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire project teams towards successful outcomes. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving project demands.
5. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
