A successful candidate will have a proven history of leading teams in the development of intricate hardware technologies while navigating uncertainty.

This individual will also have a comprehensive understanding of technology development phases and the ability to apply situational program management to create, develop, and coordinate a program plan.

Key Responsibilities:

- In-depth technical engineering expertise to effectively manage projects, particularly during the early ambiguous phases, assess and mitigate technical risks, and critically evaluate engineering decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple global teams and vendors effectively.
- Capacity to maintain focus and transparency in complex situations while keeping an eye on the broader context and the demands of a fast-paced development cycle.
- Proficient in accountability without direct control, adept at identifying and prioritizing among competing issues.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with knowledge of imaging system design and camera component design.
Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is just one aspect of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
