Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC-R, electronic systems, electrical, air, water, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Creates a welcoming environment for guests, builds relationships, and provides excellent guest service.
  2. Responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the facility, including repairs and upkeep.
  3. Climbs extension ladders up to 20+ feet and performs minor repairs to various equipment and systems.
  4. Setups and teardowns events safely and efficiently, moves furniture and equipment as directed, and supports other departmental events.
  5. Installs and makes repairs to doors, furniture, office partitions, flooring, and other related items.
  6. Prepares drywall for painting, paints, and stains walls, furniture, and other associated items.
  7. Documents work performed, completes work orders in a timely manner, and maintains technical logs.
  8. Follows Indiana Gaming Regulations and Departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of maintenance experience are required. Must pass background and drug screenings, be twenty-one (21) years old, and available to work flexible hours.
