Job Title: Principal System Integrated Program Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal System Integrated Program Team Lead to join our Lavatory Engineering team in Everett, WA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CIPT Leads in the product development process through major program milestone reviews.
  • Coordinate and drive assigned engineering tasks and actions to closure in a timely fashion.
  • Identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive the mitigations to closure.
  • Ensure requirements management, including compliance deliverables to the customer.
  • Manage the scope of the IPT activities within the budget and schedule allocation.
  • Ensure that the development activities are executed in compliance with the Program Development Plan.
What You Will Do:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Record and document delays, scope changes, and other incidents impacting project scope or schedule.
  • Identify and pursue cost-saving opportunities to maximize project profitability.
  • Perform critical path analysis and implement work-around plans to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct meetings, consolidate, and present progress reports related to the business aspects of projects.
  • Identify project issues and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience.
  • Aerospace experience and project management experience are preferred.
  • Proven experience with presenting to customer and leadership.
  • Experience with engineering change process and IMS schedule development.
