Accounting Coordinator Role

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring their integrity and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and generate financial reports to support business operations.
2. Enter key financial data into the database/ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
3. Reconcile bank statements and accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including typing, preparing, and maintaining accounting documents and records.
5. Process invoices, manage customer and vendor accounts, and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
6. Ensure all functions are performed in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws, maintaining compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
