  • Technical Acumen (development), Interpersonal relationships and communication
  • Leading and executing the SIOP process
  • Ability to operate on multi-functioning team
  • Executive level communication and presentation skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Integrated Program Planning and Scheduling
  • Experience driving business strategy
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity when taking on business challenges
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with experience deriving insights from data analysis
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in project management, leading cross-functional teams and working with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • In-depth knowledge of certification processes and quality standards in aerospace
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate
  • Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications and Project Management software
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time, use hands to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and have close/color vision ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to travel and relocate as needed
  • Ability to work outside of core business hours as required
