About the Role

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Maternal Child Health team in Oakland, California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to mothers and newborns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in maternal child health.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in California.
  • Minimum one year of recent experience in Mother-Baby/Perinatal/Post Partum or completion of a KP MomBaby Training Program within the past 12 months.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications.
