Neonatal Intensive Care License:
Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)

Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Must-Have:

  • ACLS certification
  • Winter plan requirement

Job Description:

  • Provide specialized nursing care for newborns in critical condition within the NICU.
  • Monitor and assess the health of premature or ill infants.
  • Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment designed for neonatal care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate and provide support to families of patients in the NICU.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.
  • Adhere to all medical protocols and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality care.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal intensive care.
This position requires a passionate nursing professional dedicated to making a significant impact on neonatal health outcomes.

Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field and seven years of recent Level III NICU experience.
