Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management Consultant to join our team at Siri InfoSolutions Inc. As a key member of our IT Advisory, Technology Enablement, and SAP implementation engagements, you will be responsible for planning, running, and managing blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor tasks of HR function team members
  • Deliver the WRICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) and identify and undertake testing procedures
  • Develop function specification documents and related documents in the project
  • Provide services on both new implementations and existing support projects
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
  • Work self-directed and independently, may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors compensation implementation experience or support experience
  • A minimum of 3 full cycle SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation project implementations
  • Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation know-how
  • University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering, or equivalent
  • Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad

Desirable Skills:

  • At least 2 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors compensation implementation experience or support experience
