Job Summary

The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. As a proactive and compassionate nurse, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Core Responsibilities
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care, using evidence-based practice and analytical thinking.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
  • Partner with patients and significant others, using effective communication methods to set and achieve patient goals.
  • Practice using current clinical practice standards, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (Preferred)
  • Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
  • Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
  • Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience
Skills
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
  • Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
