- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions, documenting any changes in patient conditions
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and provide regular updates to supervisors
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues
- Valid driver's license and First aid/CPR certification
