**Compensation & Relocation**

Our undergraduate Human Resources internships offer an hourly rate between $ and $ dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. You must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.

**Requirements**

  • Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or similar degree between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
  • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

**Eligibility**

To qualify, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status. Thermo Fisher Scientific does not offer employment in this position to holders of F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT Visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience.
