The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia is seeking a full-time academic professor to teach multiple courses across its MBA degree programs. This faculty position will be affiliated with the Leadership and Organizational Behavior Area.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and teach business-relevant graduate courses
  • Contribute to the university, community, and department through service

The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach courses in organizational behavior, leadership, and human resource management. Teaching and/or professional experience in some of the following areas is also desired: leadership development, careers, negotiations, coaching, leading teams, and change management.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in a business-related discipline (doctorate preferred)
  • Strong interest or experience in curriculum and course development for business schools
  • Ability to teach student-centered case-based courses and experiential learning
  • Passion for improving the world through responsible leadership
