At Consumers Credit Union, we're seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor to facilitate exceptional member experiences through timely mortgage loan credit decisions and loan closings. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you'll be responsible for processing conventional FNMA loans and Consumers Portfolio loans, including construction loans, within set timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process mortgage loan applications, verifying and updating data in the Encompass system.
  • Clear conditions requested by underwriting and mortgage insurance companies to expedite loan closings.
  • Monitor and oversee loan production pipelines to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of residential mortgage processing experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of mortgage lending, including conventional and portfolio lending.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Internet Browsers, and email functions.
  • Strong math and calculation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
