Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and transmit them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle transactions and process payments
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Requirements:
  • Previous server experience preferred
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
