Shift/Hours: 2nd Shift, Tuesday - Saturday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- Manages intricate client accounts with specific and challenging processing demands.
- Conducts thorough investigations and follow-ups on rejected payments and associated documentation.
- Takes initiative in making high-level decisions regarding transactions.
- Oversees received and effective dates for mail processing to ensure compliance with client timelines.
- Engages with various operational departments throughout the shift to guarantee deadlines are met.
- Interacts with clients to address and resolve issues related to processing.
- Ensures accuracy in processing work while maintaining performance metrics aligned with departmental and client expectations.
- Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of specific client processing requirements.
- Contributes to training and quality assurance initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year in document processing.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Proven attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to manage tight and flexible deadlines.
- Effective and clear communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptable to changes and eager to learn new processes as the business evolves.
- Must meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years in document processing.
