Compensation Ranges from $20.00- $23.00+ D.O.E
Key Responsibilities- Execute routine maintenance activities encompassing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Perform inspections of communal areas and residential units to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Address maintenance requests and urgent situations in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols in all tasks.
- Keep precise records of work completed and materials utilized.
- Work collaboratively with property management to promote the overall welfare of the property and its residents.
- Demonstrated experience as a Maintenance Specialist or in a comparable position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance practices.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service aptitude.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform demanding tasks as necessary.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
