Senior Finance Functional Client Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Functional Client Consultant who possesses in-depth knowledge of implementing Financial Modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and R12 EBS. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients to conduct needs assessments, facilitate setup, oversee implementation, provide training, and deliver consultation services. Key responsibilities encompass participation in implementation projects, gathering requirements, engaging with clients, designing solutions, authoring technical documentation, and executing cut-over activities leading to Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the discovery, design, and execution phases of medium to large-scale implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with client representatives to evaluate and recommend solutions from a finance functional perspective.
  • Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) to showcase product capabilities based on functional requirements.
  • Convert business needs into software solutions while assisting in design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Draft business requirement documents, identify functional discrepancies, and propose corrective measures.
  • Establish specifications and data models for product development and testing.
  • Advise the consulting team on solutions and contribute to the development of Enterprise Solutions.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials Modules, including at least two complete Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Proficient in Oracle Cloud GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, among others.
  • Experience with financial data upload/migration techniques and related troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Reporting tools and supporting Period closure activities.
  • Understanding of end-to-end integrations of Financials modules with other systems.
