About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Living Support/Direct Support Professional to join our team at Great Livin' LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will provide support and guidance to adults with developmental disabilities in our assisted living homes and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living support, including bathing, hygiene, shopping, meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping
- Model appropriate social skills and behaviors
- Use effective teaching and mentoring techniques to help participants learn new skills and achieve goals
- Assist participants with accessing the community through educational and recreational activities
- Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation and promptly report any concerns about participants' health or safety
Requirements:
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a fingerprint and background check
- Complete a TB Test

- Competitive pay starting at $15.00 to $18.00 an hour
