About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Living Support/Direct Support Professional to join our team at Great Livin' LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will provide support and guidance to adults with developmental disabilities in our assisted living homes and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily living support, including bathing, hygiene, shopping, meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping
  • Model appropriate social skills and behaviors
  • Use effective teaching and mentoring techniques to help participants learn new skills and achieve goals
  • Assist participants with accessing the community through educational and recreational activities
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation and promptly report any concerns about participants' health or safety

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a fingerprint and background check
  • Complete a TB Test
