Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, with a generous $1,250 hiring bonus.

Job Description

As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in assisting adults with special needs in training of daily living skills, providing assistance with eating and personal care, and working with individuals with severe behavior problems if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals in acquiring daily living skills and independence.

• Provide personalized support and care to ensure overall well-being.

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized plans.

• Participate in the ISP process, team meetings, and time-study process.

• Document individual progress and make recommendations for program changes.

• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs and abilities.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. with assistance or independently, repeatedly throughout the day.

• Valid NM driver's license, insurable driving record, and proof of current liability insurance.
