Our clients rely on us for intricate and innovative engineering solutions, and we take pride in our ability to manage the entire life cycle of a project, from study and planning to design and construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the growth and capabilities of the Passenger Rail & Transit Group in Boston
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Prepare bridge design documents, including AutoCAD & Microstation plans, quantities, and design calculations
  • Lead the preparation of bridge design documents, including AutoCAD & Microstation plans and quantities and design calculations
  • Complete structural calculations utilizing commercial software and specifications
  • Perform bridge inspection and load ratings on local agency structures
  • Quality control drawings, calculations, and specifications

Requirements:

  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • Experience in Bridge design and Plan Production (preferred)
  • PE (preferred)
  • AutoCAD required. Microstation (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Bridge Structural Analysis and Design Software (AASHTOWare, 4D, CSi Bridge, Mathcad)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in cooperative, team environments
