Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Avamere Burien. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain established nursing practice objectives and standards.
  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications and reviewing medication cards for completeness and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Supervise and guide nursing personnel to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
Requirements
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this state.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and computer documentation systems.
