Physical Therapist Assistant

About the Role:
- As a key member of our therapy team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- You'll communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other team members to ensure seamless care.
- Your timely documentation will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of care.
- You'll have opportunities to develop your clinical and professional skills through ongoing education and professional associations.
- You'll support department operations and contribute to our commitment to excellence.
- Timely reporting of patient status changes will be essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes.
Requirements:
- An Associate's degree and a PTA license in the state are required.
- Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant curriculum.
- Able to practice unencumbered and in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
- Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources.
- Full knowledge of resident's rights.
- Exudes professionalism in presentation and has the ability to multitask.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.
- CPR certification is a must.
