About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team at Any Lab Test Now Alliance. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients across multiple locations in the Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform phlebotomy and administer injections (B12, Flu, etc.)
  • Conduct urine, hair, nail, and saliva drug tests (DOT and non-DOT)
  • Maintain patient records, laboratory logs, and testing logs
  • Follow established protocols for sample collection, handling, and processing
  • Provide patients with information and education regarding lab tests and results
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of equipment and examination rooms
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation across all locations
Requirements
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required
  • Two years of recent phlebotomy experience
  • Ability to work across multiple locations with reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of common clinical tests
  • Desire to continually learn about the tests offered
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
