Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from prospective patients across multiple locations
  • Coordinate new patient appointments based on office scheduling protocols and provider availability
  • Gather and verify essential demographic and insurance details from new patients
  • Confirm insurance coverage at the time of appointment scheduling
  • Facilitate the activation of patient portals during the scheduling process
  • Provide new patients with critical information regarding office procedures, including portal usage and arrival instructions
  • Collaborate with various offices to ensure accurate communication of office details
  • Direct calls to appropriate departments for inquiries related to medical records, billing, or clinical matters
  • Act as a bridge between new patients and office personnel/physicians
  • Generate reports to maintain booking accuracy
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through thorough and efficient interactions
  • Embody and promote the core values of Foot and Ankle Specialists in all professional activities
