Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in a fast-paced retail environment. As a key member of the LensCrafters team, you will be expected to consistently meet or exceed sales targets while providing a positive and engaging experience for every patient and customer.
Main Responsibilities
• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to ensure the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
• Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
